I love photographing my desserts almost as much as I love preparing them. I believe detail is important when working with desserts to ensure a quality piece for each and every event.
These butterflies were delicately perched on top of this sweet anniversary cake and hand made using orchid-colored candy, milk chocolate and pearl dragees.
