A Celebration of Love

This Celebration of Love was in honor of a new bundle of joy, Aidan, getting ready to be welcomed into this world.

A custom display was set up using a variety of cake stands and platters. Each cupcake was adorned with a handmade chocolate "A" for Aidan.

Decadent flavors were paired for hit combinations of vanilla buttermilk cupcakes and dark chocolate frosting...fudge cupcakes and dulce de leche frosting.

Strawberries and lemons. Enough said.

I lied. There IS more to say! This tart has a subtle crust, filled with a fresh lemon pastry cream and topped with fresh strawberries. To sweeten the tart ever so slightly, a strawberry glaze was added on top.

Chocolate Wedding Cake Sample

Decorated in a four-petal buttercream pattern and pearl dragees, this wedding cake sample was chocolate cake, filled with a rich and fluffy chocolate mousse.

To incorporate the bride and groom's wishes, we will convert this cake into cupcakes, filling each chocolate cupcake with mousse and top them off with a dollop of buttercream icing.
